- Design specific sessions based on client's individual needs.
- Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas of the spa.
- Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and spa staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required, and other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Deep Tissue, Sports, etc.)
- Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
- Up to a $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for full-time and $750 for part-time massage therapists
